The Gridiron Gang, founded by Robert Mathis, the Indianapolis Colts franchise leader with 123 sacks and former NFL player and trainer Daniel Muir, provides athletic development and sports performance training for football players, in all positions and of all levels – from Pro Athletes to Youth.
The entire team is committed to excellence and provides in-season and off-season training programs, camps, tournaments, biomechanical analysis, cognitive assessments, nutrition assessments, remote coaching, physical therapy and injury prevention programs for athletes.
Mathis and Muir have built a system that provides players with a competitive advantage by receiving instruction from some of the best players in the world in their position and sports performance training aimed at improving their speed, power, agility, strength, and stability.
The Gridrion Gang offers high-level position-specific training for the NFL Scouting Combine and NFL Pro Day.

I started my journey with Gridiron Gang about 8 months ago. Right away I knew this training was more detail-oriented and position-specific than other training I’ve ever had before.
